2. Shipping Method & Estimates

We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time depends on the service carrier.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the USPS website.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Honeybee is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it has been lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
